Irlam, an area in Salford, Greater Manchester, is the home to a new industrial development by Marshall Construction. The scheme comprises two high quality detached warehouse/ distribution units, along with two-storey offices. Assessment showed that the site required gas safety measures for the construction and SPS Substructure Protection Ltd, specialist installers of gas barrier membranes and waterproofing tanking systems, were appointed. They chose a new gas barrier developed by Industrial Textiles & Plastics Ltd (ITP).
